⏱How long are the workouts?
In all levels you get access to mindulf movemement sessions that focus on mobility and deep core strength, as well as stretching and breathing sessions once a week each that are 25-30 minutes long. And a training plan with three strength training sessions that include warm up and cool down, up to 75 minutes.
🧘🏼♀️Is this tribe beginner friendly?
All levels of Fit for Mind are beginner friendly, however, I strongly encourage you to consider enrolling to I am Thriving or I am Expanding, as in these levels I focus on creating a training plan unique for you with addition of 1:1 coaching!
🏡 Can I train at home?
Yes, in I am Healing level you can choose between home or gym workouts, and in both I am thriving and I am expanding I create training plans for you and deliver them in a very convenient app. And you can train wherever you feel more comfortable.
