Self-Starter as an experienced gym rat!
I’ve been a fitness girl for all my life. I started going to the gym in the eighties and I’ve continued with group classes ever since. After I turned 45, I started struggling with weight gain and terrible anxiety. A colleague recommended working with Olga individually, which I did. Since I know most of exercises and I now live in a different country, I have continued to work with her in her FFM Self Started plan: I love that it has three strength training sessions per week + a mindful movement class + she is available for questions any time I need to.
